Join us for an evening exploring the intersection of meditation, mindfulness, and recovery. We will explore themes relevant to people dealing with any form of addiction, whether substance or process-oriented, making connections with Buddhist teachings on mindfulness, compassion, and ethics. A short period of meditation will be followed by lecture and Q&A.
