The next step is for you will come in and meet one of the Counsellors on our Assessment Team. They are all highly trained in addiction issues. If you are coming for assessment, you must bring a partner, family member or friend with you both for support and as a valuable source of information about the problem. This meeting will consider whether you would benefit from one of our treatment programmes and we will discuss with you what needs to happen prior to admission. The interview usually takes 60-90mins and the cost of assessment is €200 payable on the day (this is not covered by your health insurer).
Assessments must be pre-booked and you can do this by ringing 01-4946358.
We can also do assessments by video call with clients who may live internationally or who are unable to get to the Rutland.
